According to unesco statistics more than 1.5 billion students and youth across the planet are affected by school and university closures due to the COVID-19 outbreak, this is 87% of the school population (https://en.unesco.org/covid19/globaleducationcoalition)

We are aware that much of the education of children must be handled in a virtual way, due to the current situation, but we also know that a large part of families do not have access to a computer, much less an internet connection. For this reason, in this project we want to address the first aspect and propose the manufacture of a low-cost computer that will reduce the educational gap and give more opportunities for access to technology to children who need it.
