Cultura: soberanía, redistribución y transparencia

Presentation

La cultura abarca una gran cantidad de manifestaciones del ser, estas pueden ser aprendidas, transmitidas, creadas, estar presentes por un proceso de aculturación, etc. Sin importar cómo un individuo ha adquirido su cultura es ella la que le permite intercambiar información, conocimientos o saberess en diferentes contextos comunicativos.

Todos los contextos comunicativos exigen el dominio de los códigos culturales básicos para una correcta transmisión de lo que se quiere expresar. Cuando el individuo no domina dichos códigos se crean procesos de exclusión que afectan, en diferentes niveles, el desarrollo de su ser.

Si bien existen diferentes maneras de expresarse considero que hay unas que merecen que la comunidad preste atención para evitar que por estos motivos las personas no puedan acceder a lo que se ofrece dentro de la red.

Culture contains a great number of manifestations of being, these can be learned, transmitted, created, be present through a process of acculturation, etc. Independently of how an individual has acquired his culture, it is the culture that allows him to exchange information, knowledge or know-how in different communicative contexts.

All communicative contexts require the mastery of basic cultural codes for the correct transmission of what is to be expressed. When the individual does not master these codes, exclusion processes are created that affect, at different levels, the development of his or her being.

Although there are different ways of expressing oneself, I consider that there are some that deserve the community's attention in order to avoid that for these reasons people cannot access what is offered within the network.
